Yes. We custom-build machines for oversized (over 1000mm), extra-small, or irregular shapes. We tailor the folding and sealing mechanisms to your specific box dimensions.
Do you support Full Overlap (FOL) sealing?
Absolutely. Our systems are proven with FOL, half-overlap, and standard RSC cartons ((Standard Regular Slotted Cartons) for a perfectly squared seal.
What is the sealing speed?
Standard models run at 8–12 cartons/min. High-speed customized solutions can reach 20+ CPM.
Tape or Hot Melt Glue?
Yes. While we specialize in BOPP/Kraft tape sealing, we offer optional Hot Melt Adhesive versions for industries requiring reinforced structural closure.
How do you guarantee the machine works before shipping?
We can create some of Carton samples to your exact size and provide a Live Test Video using your carton specs for your approval before the machine is packed.
Do I need to ship my cartons for testing?
Not necessarily. We can make samples locally based on your sizes to save you freight. For unique designs, we’ll ask for samples to ensure 100% operational success, and giving both parties complete peace of mind.
Is the voltage compatible with my country?
Yes. We customize voltage (110V/220V) and plug types to your local industrial standards for plug-and-play use. With machines running in 60+ countries, we ensure our designs meet international safety and operational standards.

Each unit is secured in a heavy-duty export wooden crate with all necessary customs documents (Invoice, PL, CO) provided.
