This dedicated MaxPack Edge Sealing Machine provides final reinforcement by applying adhesive tape to seal the four corners of the carton.
Designed for efficiency, it delivers fast, reliable operation with low maintenance, resulting in clean, uniform, and visually appealing sealing. This machine automatically completes all edge-sealing actions in a single pass for consistent, standardized packaging.
Note: Edge sealing machine is designed specifically for edge sealing and must operate in combination with a top and bottom sealing machine to achieve full carton closure.
Step 1 – Top & Bottom Sealing Machine
Seals the center seams on the top and bottom of the carton.
Step 2 – Carton Turning Unit (90° Rotation)
Rotates the carton 90 degrees to prepare for edge sealing.
Step 3 – Corner & Edge Sealing Machine
Seals the four corners and four edges of the carton using adhesive tape, completing the reinforcement process.
