QFJ500 Auto Edge Carton Sealer

The fully automatic edge sealing machine operates without manual intervention, delivering a truly automated sealing process. As this machine is designed specifically to seal the four corners of the carton, it is typically used in combination with a top and bottom sealing machine to achieve complete carton closure.

When paired with a fully automatic flap folding and sealing machine, the system enables seamless automatic flap folding and corner sealing. Both machines feature automatic width and height adjustment, allowing them to adapt to different carton sizes without manual setup.

Step 1 – Top & Bottom Sealing Machine
Seals the center seams on the top and bottom of the carton.

Step 2 – Carton Turning Unit (90° Rotation)
Rotates the carton 90 degrees to prepare for edge sealing.

Step 3 – Corner & Edge Sealing Machine
Seals the four corners and four edges of the carton using adhesive tape, completing the reinforcement process.
